Real Blue (updated with photos)
RSL, this afternoon, became the first soccer team in the United States to have a commercial jet adorned with their colors, as “Real Blue” was unveiled at a special ceremony at the Million Air terminal at the SL Airport. Decked out in Real colors both inside and out, “Real Blue” will be a Salt Lake based Airbus in the Jet Blue fleet.
After the ceremony, RSL’s entire travel contingent hopped aboard the jet and set off for Long Beach for tomorrow night’s match vs. the Galaxy. Fly Jet Blue and surely you’ll see yourself on there someday too.
The RSL family can’t thank the folks at JetBlue enough for their help not only with the event, which was “first-class” all the way, but for their dedication to increasing the profile of Utah’s Major League Soccer side locally and across the country with this project. That is nice! We are the first at something! We can’t win but we sure look good on the side of a plane. Please you have the time for this crap, what about being able to comment on last weeks game…nothing there.

I work for a certain airline, and I was at this unveiling.
The Plane is awesome, and the team is/was very appreciative.
Manning (Team President) made a great speech as did Barger (JetBlue, CEO)
I think the design was great, and nice little touches inside as well. The whole team turned out as did Leo!
I think this is a great effort in promoting soccer and especially ReAl Salt Lake.

You must be new to this blog, first they don’t provide coverage of games very often, for the most part and second the person who writes the blog was out of town covering the U18 team in Spain.
But your right, please don’t cover what happened today, plese provide us something about last weeks game. you know the one that has been covered by other blogs, newspapers, TV Stations and such.
We are just 3 points behind our total after 12 matches from last year, considering that we go into matches with teams taking us much more seriously than last year, not as bad as people want to complain about. The next 3 matches will tell us a lot about the team, and the next 8 matches are when RSL made a nice run last year, we have always started slow.
