Poll: Sabo’s strong showing should earn your vote!

RSL forward Álvaro Saborío is red-hot right now!  The 28-year-old Costa Rican has tallied a team-high seven goals and four assists this season contributing to seven wins and two draws over RSL’s nine-game unbeaten run.

With four goals and three assists, Saborío was named MLS Player of the Month for May.  Continuing his hot-streak, Saborío supplied two goals just five minutes apart in Real Salt Lake’s dominating 5-0 victory over the visiting New England Revolution last Friday, July 2.  Following his performance in Friday’s game, Saborío was voted Major League Soccer Player of the Week by the North American Soccer Reporters (NASR) for Week 14 of the 2010 MLS season.
